Israeli occupation forces issued a new military order on Sunday to demolish 25 additional buildings inside Nur Shams refugee camp, located east of the city of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank. Tulkarm Governor Abdullah Kmeil called on the international community, human rights organisations, as well as diplomatic missions and embassies, to intervene immediately to stop the implementation of the decision. Kmeil said the move is a continuation of Israeli practices and violations against the Palestinian people in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps. He added that it falls within a policy of systematic destruction targeting civilians and their property, which has led to widespread forced displacement among residents of the two camps.
