A controversial American private military firm with a record of involvement in violence and killing at aid distribution sites in Gaza is actively recruiting ex-soldiers for a new deployment to the besieged Palestinian territory, according to a report by Drop Site News. UG Solutions, a US-based military subcontractor previously hired to provide security for the notorious Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), is intensifying recruitment for what it describes as “robust security” roles in Gaza. The company reportedly plans to open as many as 15 new aid distribution sites under President Donald Trump’s proposal which includes an international stabilisation force.
